This week is Mental Health week and we have asked our staff members to demonstrate how they ‘practice what they preach’ when it comes to prioritizing their mental health! It is important that we treat our mental health as well as we do our physical health. Which means taking time every day or as often as we can to do something that makes our mental health feel even stronger. Whether it means we take naps, get our hair done, spend time with our family, go on barefoot adventures, or start our day with a fresh cup of coffee! #GetLoud with us and show us how you take care of your mental health! #MentalHealthWeek
The lovely staff from Saasquatch (Cassidy, Steph, and Pat) presented Jody Yurkowsky-Pace the program director and Jasmine Nagra the fundraising assistant at Threshold Housing with a cheque for $8300. We are so grateful for Saasquatch for choosing Threshold Housing Society as their charity of choice for their annual Cutthroat Gaming fundraiser! We loved working with this team and we can’t wait to work with them again in the future. #WeLoveOurCommunity #YouthMatter

We are so excited to finally post photos of our newly painted office! We are so happy with how the colours turned out and with the work White Knight did. Not only do these colours get us more excited for spring but we have created a positive and welcoming space that youth can feel welcome to enjoy everyday! We want to thank the incredible team at White Knight for choosing us at their charity of choice but for also doing a great job. We truly enjoyed having the White Knight team around! We can’t believe how quickly they were able to transform our office.
