At Threshold Housing, we offer safe housing, support services, and community to at-risk youth. Youth aged 15-24 years old.
We offer 2 programs:
Housing: Safe Housing and support services for youth aged 16 to 24 years old. If you would like to refer someone or self-refer, please click here.
Supportive Recovery: This program gives youth, aged 15 to 21 years old, access to a safe and supportive environment to work on their substance use issues and have access to a recovery-oriented and healing-focused support program. The Supportive Recovery Housing Program features an inter-disciplinary team that includes a Cultural Wellness Worker, Case Manager and more. Seven days a week, youth will have access to a robust recovery-oriented program, all within a safe home environment. To refer a youth, please click here.
Become a Host Family – Host Families provide a safe and supportive environment for youth in their healing and recovery journey from substance use. A safe, accepting, and supportive home environment is essential for youth to begin their journey towards a brighter future. To learn more, please click here.
