Threshold offers safe housing, support services, community, and prevention for youth aged 15-24 years at risk of homelessness. We offer youth robust and individualized support with a focus on healing from trauma and preventing future hardship.

Supportive Recovery Program

The innovative Supportive Recovery Program takes a harm-reduction for youth approach to supporting youthwho want to reduce their substance use. Our beautiful heritage home provides a safe and supportive environment a recovery-oriented and healing-focused support program.

The Supportive Recovery Housing Program features an inter-disciplinary team including an Indigenous Wellness Worker, Case Manager and more. Seven days a week, youth have access to a robust recovery-oriented program, all within a safe home environment.

Family and Natural Supports

Family and Natural Supports program (FNS) provides an early intervention in youth homelessness prevention that supports youth to build, restore, or maintain relationships with extended and primary family, or other important natural supports that they identify.
