ictoria Strategic Plan Grants are designed to forward the goals of the city and cover a wide variety of organizations and programs that meet many of a variety of goals.

- Facilitate Social Inclusion and Community Wellness
- And many other worthy endevours
This funding will help us work with homeless youth and those at-risk for homelessness to find secure housing and resources to assist them on their path to self-worth and independance.
