Sheldon Johnson

Many years ago, Sheldon worked weekends at Mitchell House for Threshold and ever since has been looking for an opportunity to give back. During that time, he completed a BA in Communication and MA in Conflict Analysis, both from Royal Roads University.

Since that time, Sheldon has worked for nearly two decades in provincial and municipal government to deliver strategic solutions on a diverse range of subjects while developing trusted relationships with executive teams and staff to ensure issues and opportunities are identified early and managed successfully through consistent planning, implementation and evaluation. Additionally, he has led initiatives across large organizations that required strategy development, strategic communications, business planning and change management.
