Maddie joined the Threshold team in 2020 and since then has taken on many different roles gaining a broader perspective on the organization and youth it serves. Maddie’s practice is grounded in harm reduction, and the belief that her role is to support youth in making choices that align with their values and goals. Currently, Maddie is the Manager of Scheduling & Casual staff and is focused on being a collaborative & supportive leader, while balancing the organizational needs of Threshold. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys indulging in reality TV, spending time in and around water—whether it’s a lake, the ocean, or a hot tub—and sharing great meals with friends.
