Lindsay is a two-spirit, Métis person who has gratefully spent most of their life as an uninvited guest on the land of Coast Salish people, specifically that of Qualicum First Nation. Lindsay has been with Threshold since 2017, first working at Threshold House before moving into the Intake role and, most recently, over to the Development Team as the Manager of Impact and Evaluation. They are passionate about using data collection and evaluation to tell stories, strengthen programs and deepen the impact of our work for the youth we serve. In their other life, Lindsay likes anything to do with music and art, reading, camping, gaming, and hanging with their wife and fur babies.
