Jen is proud to be part of the Threshold team. With over 15 years in support roles across industries, she brings a broad skill set to her administrative work. Deeply committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted, seen, heard, and cared for, Jen is passionate about the healing power of both the arts and nature. Outside of work, she can often be found near a tree, on a stage, or in a local coffee shop. Jen acknowledges that she is an uninvited settler on the unceded territory of the Lekwungen peoples, represented today by the Songhees and Kosapsum Nations. She is committed to learning about the history and present-day realities of these Nations, and to supporting Indigenous artists and youth.
