Angela McNulty-Buell

Director of Housing and Support Services

(she/her/hers)

Angela brings over 30 years of experience in the non-profit social service sector, with a deep commitment to housing, support programs, and strategic growth grounded in values-based leadership. Her career began in Ontario, where she supported youth in care and newly arrived refugee families within the health care and family welfare systems. Since moving to Victoria in 1999, Angela has held a variety of leadership roles across youth and adult-serving sectors. As a passionate social justice advocate, Angela leads with integrity, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the inherent worth of every individual. She is dedicated to building strong, values-aligned teams and fostering workplace cultures rooted in unconditional positive regard, for both staff and the people we journey alongside. She believes that when those providing care are truly cared for, the impact of their work is amplified. Outside of work, Angela finds joy in camping adventures in her Westy, and treasures time spent with her partner, her three daughters, and her fur baby.
