Julia (She/Her/Hers) brings a strong background in accounting, finance, payroll, and organizational leadership, with experience supporting both public-sector, Non-profits and private organizations. Throughout her career, she has combined financial expertise with a practical, collaborative approach to improving processes, strengthening teams, and supporting organizational growth.

Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree, MBA in Finance and payroll designation, She is near to completing a CPA designation, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and excellence in the accounting and finance profession. Her experience includes financial reporting, payroll operations, budgeting, compliance, process improvement, and the implementation of systems and automation to improve organizational efficiency.

In her role as Director of Finance at Threshold Housing Society, Julia is passionate about using sound financial management to support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability. She brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to financial decision-making and believes that strong financial systems should not only ensure accountability and compliance but also enable organizations and their people to thrive.
