Bethan Ostermann

Bethan Ostermann is the co-owner and Marketing Manager of Kia Victoria, a locally owned, family-run business. She brings experience in marketing, construction, and community partnerships, and believes that giving back isn't simply good business — it's a responsibility every business has to the community it serves.

As a mother of four, Bethan believes every young person deserves to feel loved, supported, and included, with the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. She is particularly drawn to Threshold Housing's approach to preventing homelessness by providing young people with the housing, stability, and guidance they need to build independent, fulfilling lives.

Bethan lives in Oak Bay with her husband, Brad, and their four sons. Outside of work and family life, she's an avid reader and snowboarder.
